okay a bit of news from today October 26th:

I have updated the clarified rules at the top of the thread.
This will be one horse per race - win and/or place pool.
Not to exceed $100 cyberdollars.

I have also gotten word from the fine Daily Racing Form folks.
DRF will extend the prizes down to 3rd and 4th place finishers
with a 10 card Forumulator or Basic past performance package.

And that's where we stand on the dual prize structure.
Any further questions should be posted now in this thread.
Not on November 6th or 7th.

So call the neighbors and wake the kids.

I assume just about everyone has read this thread
and understand the rules set forth in the initial post above.

I will be posting two separate threads in this section of Up in Class.
One for Breeders Cup races on Friday and one for Saturday.

I will allow enough time for everyone to get the scratches,
but all plays will be locked in for that day by the time
the gate springs open for the first official "Breeders Cup race".
So please do not wait till the last minute.

Everyone will make out a three race ticket
with one horse per race on any official Breeders Cup race.
You are given $100 cyberdollars to use in the win/place pool

Everyone will be entitled to post one (1) scratch alternate
in case one of your three horses do not enter the gate.

The leader board will be posted as soon as humanly possible,
- hopefully by bedtime on Friday evening.
This leaderboard will include those playing this same contest at The Knight Sky Racing blog

One entry per person please. Please use your official handle.
And there is no need to post your set of plays at both websites.
