No question, don’t stop moving until the job is finished. The block, parry or strike does not have to be textbook perfect to be effective. Part of Kenpo strategy is to disrupt the opponent’s effort by clogging the punching lanes, breaking their balance and constantly mutating the striking range. It doesn’t have to be pretty to render the desired effect, but standing still analyzing won’t get it done.
