I believe Ted has to answer you on that thought you have going.
From what I have read and tried to find out, this site has a pretty complete picture, if you couple it up with some of the books and other people who are around that are still living and their imput.
But you have to venture out of the box and ruffle feathers and be called names to get some of it cleared up and then it, still is foggy.
Some things might not be perfect, but not much is when you look back and try to unravel all the twists and various egos that were/are in "Bloom".
