A very clear, concise and all incompasing endeavor.

I wish I had that much variety when I was studying the Nidan level requirements. So, are there "new" Tracy's requirements for Nidan? If so, I would like to know what they entail? My Nidan was mid 80's, and I am sure that things have changed since then. The techniques with the jump kicks, rolls and belt techniques were quite interesting and challenging.

Sounds like your students are well taken care of when it comes to martial training in general. They are exposed to quite a variety, as well. I will say, also, that they work and perform superbly. I have witnessed this first hand and look forward to my next opportunity to see the San Jose Kenpo group in action.

Would be great to have another "Kenpo Seniors Seminar" sometime, if possible...
