Being this a kenpo forum it is probably the best place to ask.

Which are the principles behind multiple striking? How does one move prepare the next one? How do you prepare yourself with one strike to throw the next? How do your prepare (set up) your opponent? How does a strike lead to a grappling technique?

I have seen something in videos of Charles Gaylord, but apparently he was short and superficial in his explanations about this issue. Maybe Brian Baxter (as usual) can help me more with this.

Probably the best way to understand is to practice, but I am a traditional karate guy. Ichi gekki hissatsu (one blow, one death) is completely different.
