Watch this space as the site will be getting a bit of a revamp in the next couple of weeks (as soon as my exams are out of the way). First thing will be to get rid of the adverts then to publicise a bit. Hopefully well be able to continue posting highlights from the previous matches. Any suggestions would be more than welcome though.

Also I think we should cut back on all the pages. Lets keep it to the main page and may be just the meet up.

Get rid of the saloon and the exile bit they are pointless areas which could easy have its topics on the main threads board.

Get more folk on this we seem to be using facebook, yahoo, myspace, we should conciladate to this site only, the other LB online groups should be used a flags to direct new LB's here.

Visually the site is not very exiting I recon we could get wimbers or Brixton to jazz it up with lots of red white and black.

Weve also got a bit of history which could be put on an information page about The Good Old LB's what weve got up to in the past roll of honor etc.

I like the ideas about video clips and souvenirs.

As Ive said, Im copying alot of my old Blades videos onto DVD and a good next step would be to put them on something like You Tube? Maybe we could set up some sort of Blades history zone on it?

And for souvenirs, couldnt we set up a London Blades shop on eBay?

I think we need some new merch before opening a LB shop on ebay unless I start selling nights out with Famous London Blades.

As I've just drunkenly resigned my membership of BU in a fit of pique about freedom of speech & censorship, this is the last remaining site I can post on, so I fully support the removal of adverts and the addition of any improvements. I particularly look forward to being able to write I HANG AROUND GENTLEMENS TOILETS LOOKING FOR TRADE without fear of exclusion.

the site may attract more contributions if it was easier to navigate,with out being distracted by advirts etc..

the london blades site is a welcome one,it costs but a new server forum ,may be the answer.
