She watched him as he spoke about the reason why she brought him here, thinking that probably wouldn't have been a bad idea ... had she actually known who he was once. But it was an idea she filed away for future use if needed.
And she just burst out laughing when he said he couldn't imagine someone as fair as her being in ANY sort of trouble, catching his amusement.
"Well, Fallen, you don't know me that well, or you wouldn't make such a statement."
She stopped, turning to him.
"So, Fallen, to what -are- you so inclined?"
The bright star-filled eyes regarded him, awaiting his answer ... if he had one. |
