The ArchAngel stood once more on the nexus of Her realms, Her eyes closed, letting all that were part of Her to converge as much as They could and She listened to the various reports.
Elisa was still within Her Brother's realm...resting and waiting for the next trek of her journey. She made note to return there as soon as possible to be at Elisa's side even though She really wasn't needed. She hoped this would show Her sister that she should depend on herself for her own actions and her own decisions. Jaeden had been pleased when she stood up to the Keeper and bested him. Her sister was learning.....perhaps Her decision to keep her in Etheria for as long as She had was a bit drastic, but it was needed. She chuckled softly to Herself....hearing in Her mind Zchad's amused chuckle at Her interference. She shrugged, turning to the east.
The Aerie reported that many strange things were trying to manifest along the eastern border of Elysium and She directed Her daughter Libby to investigate and deal with the disturbance. She smiled at her cheerful reply and knew it would be done as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
Etheria was silent for a change, its internal denizens resting dormant for now with the absence of any of Her family or Knights. Jaeroth reported that the area around the Crystal Tower had returned to normal....as if anything within the borders of Etheria could be considered such....and She nodded thoughtfully. Soon She would have to enter the realm in search of answers.
She'ol....She sighed, at least glad that one of its recent inhabitants had learned a much needed lesson. Rashis had once more returned to the living and Elysium. His road had not been an easy one for there was much he had to learn before Jaeden had felt him ready. But in the end, Rashis accomplished his mission and She had returned him to Elysium. She had actually been amused at her son Nicodemus' warning to the Assamite, but it was within his rights since he would one day inherit the realm of his father Eryndel.
The Emerald Palace glittered in the island's sunlight as She looked down on it and She sighed. Nomaad was now freed of the daemon that threatened to consume him and all he touched. She frowned almost darkly remembering the struggle and the invasion within Herself of the darkness. It had been necessary and She had accepted it.
She opened Her brilliant sapphire eyes that sparkled with the faint StarFire and She smiled softly. All was going according to the Plan....even the approaching menance from the north outside Her borders...and the current influx of strangers from other lands and the returning of certain of Her Knights and Family.
She nodded thoughtfully, the area about Her charged with intense energy and into the absolute Darkness, amid the swirling Shadows, Jaeden stepped into the glittering Light and was gone..........
