Tracing cell phone numbers.May 30 2009 at 3:27 PM No score for this post | Anonymous (no login) |
| Is there a legitimate way to find the owners of cell phone numbers? The internet is loaded with scammers, but does anyone know how law enforcement agencies do it? Does it involve subpoenaing the phone company?
I know this is a little off topic, but I just thought someone here might know. |

I'm don't really have that much knowledge concerning law enforcement, but I would imagine that the phone company would be the only way to get that information and that a subpoena would be necessary to get it from them. |
