One for The Edge!

Apparently the Dutch Navy had a number of Skoda 75mm L30 guns, bought just before WW1 (1913?). 8 pieces appear in the lists of coastal pieces in the 1930s, but no longer do so at the beginning of WW2.
Here is a picture from Verbeek, Kustversterkingen 1900-1940. The guns were used as coastal during WW1 at IJmuiden:

I think with the Navy this gun was known as the 7,5cm No 4. This type was used on the Z-class torpedoboats and some minelayers...

Does anybody know more about these guns in Dutch service and also in general: were they used by others, like the K.u.K. Marine?
