Brazil in 1937 bought a number of 88mm L56 AA guns in Germany, to be built by Krupp. The Brazilian's state these were FLAK 18s, of which only 24 were delivered. These weapons were in service well into the 1950s.
Some source mentio also 75mm L60, but the guns on desplay at various locations in Rio are all 88mm L56s.
There are two at the monument to the fallen Brazilian soldiers in WW2.
