I believe wome of the exhibits at the various Rio musea are poorly marked. At least some of the signs were misplaced when I was there. The twin Hotchkiss for instance should not be 20mm, but 13,2mm I guess.
One of the FK18 type guns at the Linhares museum had a sign saying that this guns was modified in the 30s to increase elevation. I think that sign should have been placed at this piece:
This is the type of modification used to increase elevation on old Krupp guns and the modification is very close to the one performed by HIH on the Dutch Krupp guns. Though I do not think this piece has anything to do with HIH (but you never know), I regret I did not take more pics of this one.
Note the similarity of the boxtrail carriage and its connection to the gun on the HIH piece:

This must have been the type decribed in Brazil as the 75mm C28 M1936 (year of modification), but I am not sure. Bram Risseuw mentions the three 75mm Krupp types (C26, C28 and C34) here:

If so there must have been plenty of conversions by the Rio Arsenal and we will hopefully discover more of these interesting conversions at other locations.
If anyone has some more info on this type or more pictures please enlighten me! Marcelo, do you by chance have some more pics of this piece?
Also there may have been many more activities by the Rio Arsenal and I would like to know more about this too.
Lastly there must be some depot of the museums in Rio where more goodies are stored. Who knows?
