Response to Dutch imaginary artillery desigm
If in the scenario all Skoda 75mm guns are delivered, it might be more efficient to convert those to AT guns instead of the Vickers, since their AA computers were less precise than those of the Vickers. Moreover the Skoda guns had actually been designed with a dual role in mind and AT shells were already available for them.
In the armour department, I seem to remember that Tucker had offered his armoured car also to the Dutch. If ordered, this might have supplied a certain number of fast scout cars. The twin machine gun armed version appears more practical than the one with the AAC 37mm gun.
