Sigh... I miss writing here in my journal, but I’ve simply not had the time lately. I just had a nice, long three-day weekend, but spent most of it with Mike and not in front of the computer. That’s a good thing though!
I’ve not done too much to report on regarding my hair. I wanted to do a heat treatment yesterday, but it was too late by the time we got home. So, I washed with AO’s poo and GPB and air dried. While damp, I put it in a bun and slept on it that way. Since Frances is blowing through Atlanta today and we are getting
deluged, I re-bunned until I got into work this morning and then let it down once inside - away from the humidity. NICE waves! The best I’ve ever gotten from a bun I must say. And, it feels incredibly soft and silky.
Speaking of AO, I see they are finally redesigning their shampoo and conditioner bottles – yay! They really were quite hideous, so my eyes will be as happy as my hair soon. AND they now have a GPB
shampoo! I will definitely have to give it a try as soon as I can find it.
I need to go to the gym today, but with all this rain pounding down I really just want to go home. What to do? I guess I’ll see how it goes on the way home. I’ve not worked out since last Thursday and that’s not good!
