Sorry. I don't and am still looking for it. If I knew the actors / actress, it'd be easy for me to search online and purchase it. Am still searching for it.
Cheers.

The story of Zina, a woman who is unjustly rejected by Nazmi, her husband. Zina, overjoyed to find out that she is pregnant with their first child, is on her way from the doctor's to tell her husband, when she is accosted by Mahmut. Nazmi comes upon them and chooses to believe that the child is not his. He repudiates Zina who moves to Istanbul where she endures great hardships, in order to bring up her child Bobby. She eventually kills herself. Her husband finds out his mistake too late and is left to search for the son (bobby) he never knew.
AM yet to grab hold of the FILM ......slowly but surely

Hi, apparently the movie is actually just called "Teardrops" but its become known as Bobby Teardrops in PNG and its widespread viewing in PNG was the study of some anthropological studies.
Perhaps if you search for 'Teardrops', you might find some answers.
I cried like never before when I saw that movie when I was 8.
Cheers!

I was 6 then, and I posted this up. lol
I'm still in search. The Internet does not have anything. Just nil. There is only one result from the searches, it says, a Turkish anthropological film shown in PNG making people like me cry out my childhood tears. Now that, I'm 25, I wanna cry more, or see if I can cry again. Strongpela kokbruk. LOL.
Pls, let me know if you find it.

hi everyone, my sister has the film on VHS I'll have to check with her on the actors names but they are not the same as the character names, the lead zeena is Natasha ? Bobby plays himself, thats all I can remember but I will post another message with the full details. Rita Connolly an Irish singer sung the song 'Tears' which is played at the credits at the end and the song was written by Irish song writers Shaun Davey and Donal Lunney, hope that helps so far

:-o hahahaha
That was the most gayest, corniest movie I've ever seen, dude....
I still cannot see why people got so emotional over that movie.
If you wanna see a real actor, check out the kid in "The Champ".
And "Braveheart", anyone?

i last saw Bobby Teardrops in 1994 while are UPNG. i borrow the video tape from CHM Video Shop. those of you who are in POM, check CHM and enquire on that.
the movie is more emotional, but has some very important lession that young or married couple should learn from.
i like that movie, because when you watch it, it does bring closeness of being love as a family.

Ah, Bobby tear drops, the movie that made everyone carry a tear bag and walk into the movie theaters. The emotions never could tell whether that was only a movie or not, it just responds so imagine all the tears that flowed freely. The actor, that poor kid running around in Beverly Hills, in sports cars and having five star treatments whilst we shed tears.....
That is the fun of MOvie stars.......

He is Tukish and is busy fighting in Istanbul closer to Iraqi border. A bullet removed one of his balls. The other ball popped into his anus and came out through his nose. Poor thing.
