IT Support Officers x 2
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:-
* Problem logging, resolution of level 1 and level 2 calls;
* Problem management and reporting;
* User account administration;
* Email system administration;
* Basic data center operations;
* PC configuration and installations;
* Application installations; and
* Backups and restores.
To be considered for this position you will possess the following Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in a help desk / service desk or desktop support position;
* Demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructure in a geographically dispersed business environment
including Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, Exchange 2003, Office, and Outlook;
* Knowledge, understanding and experience with a call logging system
Microsoft Windows administration and maintenance;
* Experience with anti-virus management and backup and recovery software;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
* Technical accreditations and tertiary qualifications highly desirable.
Successful persons would be required to relocate to Lae and applicants from Morobe Province are encouraged to apply.
