truely yu got no idea about Pilbara,

first step ) google that place

second) apply to work with a minning company such as BHP and Rio Tinto, Fortescue metals

third) if the company needs yu in pibara thats how you will end of there, if not yu get based in perth.

fourth) most in pilbara are geo's, engineers and trade guys with company provided housing. That place is one of the most expensive places Aust to live, everybody walking around in red money dust.

mate you may also want to try hancock mining
barrick gold, newcrest mining, KCGM all these mining companies are in Kalgoorlie the largest gold producers in the world

If you're looking for IT jobs...forget it.....change course....go and do mining engineer or geology and you'll easily get up in the pilbara...
