This notice will be reposted until the moderators respect freedom of speech on pngscape

N SUPPORT OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH FOR PAPUA NEW GUINEANS

Freedom of Speech is a Right Under the UN Human Rights Charter, Talk freely about PNG without fear of censorshop.

The PNGscape gestapo moderator gang continues to delete postings on this board, the most recent was the one on proxies in Pacific IT . They're comfortable knowing where you dudes are posting from by tracking your IP address, because they know full well that most scapers are too dumb to post productive postings that bring truely positive change to PNG. When you begin suggesting things against their wantoks they delete and try to find out where you are.

This notice will be reposted until the moderators respect freedom of speech on pngscape

Many scapers have opted to use proxies to protect their locations or IP addresses but these are people with the knowhow. For the rest to surf safely here you have options:

1. Use Elite or High Anonymity proxies: google and download Elite or High Anonymity Proxies. Most require payment however they usually allow a 7- 30 day period of trial use which is just as good. Their only problem would be that they slow down info transfer speeds. A couple worth trying are:
http://www.soft32.com/download/63-84193/hideippla.exe
http://www.eliteproxyswitcher.com/EPS_setup.exe
Good for home PCs

2. Download Tor program and install it on your computer. This is a program developed by ordinary people such as you to surf without authorities censorships such as the Chinese government or the pngscape gestapo moderator teams swoops and controls. For Tor to work well, it is preferrable to have the Mozilla fire fox browser installed too. Tor can be downloaded from:
http://www.torproject.org/download.html.en
Good for home computers.
The Problem: Because inputing information into Tor is like entering a tunnel, information at the input node and output nodes can easily be identified. Hence many use encryption such as SSL..

3. And the best and easiest. Surf pngscape through a cloaking site, which acts as an anonymous proxy. There are many cloaking sites avalable online. Take ninjacloak.com for instance., Here scroll to the bottom of the page where there is space for the pngwebscape.net address to be entered. As long as you surf within the ninjacloak window you will be safe. It is also the easiest,
http://www.ninjacloak.com
http://www.freeproxy.ru/en/free_proxy/cgi-proxy.htm

Good for internet cafes

My advise is copy this info onto a document file and save it before the gestapo moderators delete this posting.

Happy safe surfing guys

Happyfeet
