Please only genuine Wantoks or anyone wanting to work in a mine with sufficient experience and good qualifications to respond.

Due to the shortage of skill workforce in Australia, my company has asked the employees to ask friends and mates to submit their CV with the company. There is no vacancies at the moment but should jobs become available, they want to go through the resumes at hand rather than looking for new people. So if you are interested and want your resume to be kept by this company, please forward your CV to me so I can forward it onto the company HR or give me a call to discuss further on 0432766915. Once again only genuine people need to respond to this message.

Cheers, TK

Hey Taro,

Brats, this is not fake or a cut and paste. I am genuine in putting up this message to fellow PNGians who may wish to look for mining jobs in Australia. I work for a mining company here in Australia and was asked to seek for potential/interested mine workers. If you want to prove it just give me a call on mobile 0432766915 or e-mail me.

Cheers, TK

Be careful lots of cons in PNG. Contact the companies direct. Am sure that many PNG's are good workers but jobs in Australia are skilled only at the moment. Perhaps the government might allow guest workers.

Yes, if it sounds to good to be true... then I'm afraid its one of those cons. If whoever that person is works in a mine than why not you put up the mine's name to prove us all wrong.

I support You Aussie.

Most jobs here in Aust. are only applicable to those who are qualified as skilled migrants or else recommended by prospective employer based on that. There is no short cut to entry. Must follow the immigration rules and that your position must be listed in the Overseas skilled migration list to obtain a work visa.

Applying directly to the company is the only way as they know the capacity of human resource and the procedure to recruit international staff..... Dont be fooled by middle man as we call them..

Wantok,

Is this message still valid? I am an environment chemist with two years experience in the mining industry. I have taken this year off and am now looking for a job. Please let me know if this is still open.

Thank you very much.
