Working 36 hours is not good. But they are not students; you make it sound like they are nonprofessionals. In fact they are senior doctors getting enough experience in short 4 years to become specialists. Talk to you government, minister and see who you vote in. It is the way it is for now. Unless foolish PM and his group of fools become less foolish.
