your voices are loud but not loud enough. At least mothers in PMGH labour ward have someone to attend to them. dont forget there are also nurses. how about the mothers in the villages who have nobody to take care of them during labour. nobody hears their cries and that of their dying children.
it is a poor health system in deed but i can assure you that health workers are the most committed and sacrificed public servants you will ever find.
