McLeod could not have wrote that himself, that has to be someone posing as him under his name. There's no way a commissioner of the league could print up "don't **** on a commissioner..." and "Know what the hell you are talking about" and expect to be respected. We've all shook our heads at the way this league has been run over the last few years, but even this is a little over the top. Ron, can you confirm this is McLeod?
