Gas prices/ carbon footprint?

No one seems to have factored in the price of gas to get to a game across the border? and the hasseles at that border too. It goes without saying that it doesnt matter what the sport in southern Ontario , if you dont happen to produce a winner that year you lose some of your fan base , lose for a few years and watch it really suffer ( which doesnt explain the Leafs ???) but that organisation has its own crosses to bear . The Rock have made great strides to improve the product from the floor up . Please dont become typical cynical GTA sports fans and dump on the most sucessful franchise in any sport in these parts in years , just because they had a few bad seasons . To me it was a case of the owners becoming tired of the business and wanted out . Well that has happended ,give the new owner Jamie Dawick a break and let him show us what he and his staff have planned for the coming season. As for the ticket prices , this is Toronto , the building costs a bomb to rent each night I hope no one out there who is complaining is naive enough to think that these people are in the business of Pro sport to lose money.You can be sure with Terry Sanderson and Troy Cordingley running the lacrosse side of operations that there will be nary a dull moment at the ACC this winter . This type of Sports Entertainment carries a price and compared to others is still a great deal . Help the Rock regain their rightful place on your sports calendar by being positive and loyal fans . If you think that you have a great idea that might enhance the experience of attending a Rock game pass it on to them , they are there to please you as best they can . I hope to be entering my 5th season as a member of the Rock game night staff come January a position that I am very proud of. The ACC can be a very exciting or lonely place I hope that you can help me make it exciting once again .
