If you make a donation to the Canadian Breast Cancer
Foundation, please mention "lacrosse" in a note with
the donation. At my request, in memory of my wife
Brenda, the CBCF will then direct the funds to a
facility seeking a "cure", rather than a "control".

Gas across the border is a non-factor, you would need to drive or at least take the go train to the ACC, we'll call this a sunk cost. Furthermore, I have never waited at the border on game night more than 20-25 minutes. They plan for this increased traffic.

$75/gold - last time I went to a game by myself.... can't remember. Now the price of my ticket and my wife's, who arguably is not paying for her own, is costing me $150, before service charges.

For the past 3 years, I have held 2 season tickets in Buffalo, just 6 rows up at a total cost (last season) of $240 CDN. Nearly the price of one game in Toronto.

It takes me just one hour from door to the HSBC from Hamilton - Going to Toronto on a Friday or Saturday night, also takes just over an hour, so there is no justification for Toronto.

Forget a winning team - that requires purely dedicated fans. For those niave fans out there, lacrosse (and the NLL) are still growing their market and fan base.

I have not been to a Rock game in over 4 years - Even at $27 for upper bowl, I won't be going until one of the Rockettes is handing out HJ's at the door.
