It seems to me that the rule makes sense if only to cover everyone off. We're also very quick to jump all over any kind of hockey rule that we think would make lacrosse look better if we didn't have the same rule in place. There are silly rules in place everywhere depending on ones' own interpretation. I happen to think that if the OHL rule is in place, it's probably passed more litmus tests than anything that's in place for the OLA. Believe me the OHL is probably lawyered up so much more than the OLA that it would probably make our heads spin.
