So once one deciphers your double negative, it seems like you are saying that the the level of play has diminished due to the NCAA players participating. Which is in line with your earlier logic, so I will give kudos for you being consistent.
1. The level of play has diminished in Jr. A;
2. There has been an increase in the number of NCAA players in Jr. A;
You also confirm this by saying that "If you have been following JR lacrosse over the past couple of summers you would have noticed just how many NCAA players that aren't in box lacrosse, for many reasons. Injuries, school scheduling and some don't want to get hurt and jeopordize their scholarships."
So not only are more NCAA players in the league diminishing the play, but those that are in the NCAA, but opt out, are also diminishing the play.
This is what you seem to be saying.
