Question?

If you are not offerred a "B" card are you not effectively released and entitled to go to the next closest centre? If that is the case Malloy having never signed a "B" card with the Green Gaels (I assume) could have gone to Markham without being traded. Lafontaine having played for the Green Gaels in the past but now being released I think is free to go too. I "think" I got that right ???
