Lacrosse teams at the Junior A level are not and should not be responsible for player development at the minor level! In order for lacrosse to advance, we need to move away from this asinine residence based model that the OLA blindly follows with it's head stuck in the sand.

"So, Mr. Entrepreneur, you want to buy a Junior lacrosse team and run it as a business? Of course you know that means that you are responsible for developing a feeder system staring at peanut and, as result, you have no reasonable shot at being competitive for at least a dozen years?" Yeah, right.
