You are right....No Big Plan Here....just....

For some reason this policy, that has stood for quite some time, the playoffs involving a far east team must be played over two weekends...two games the first weekend and 3 games (if needed) the following weekend, the top seed
earns the right to choose if they want to start on the road, or at home. so that does not mean home advantage. having said that, if the two teams agree then that format can be dispensed with....obviously one of the teams did not agree to alternatives that were offered...and for a couple of reasons, not the least of which is an arena booking issue, akwesasne has decided that it would be in our best interest to start the series at home...plain and simple...sorry folks no big conspiracy here...i want to wish the four remaining teams the best of luck the rest of the way, there is a lot of good lacrosse to be played and if you as a fan have chance i would suggest you catch a game.....

"This has become an old and dated policy". I agree i think the time has come for a change and it will be brought up at the appropriate time.

"A Bus Rental is cheaper than a Bus rental, Hotels accommodations and team meals expenses." yes by about $2k.

"During the 2011 Opening Playoff round, Six Nations Arrows and Akwesasne Indians played a Best-of-Five series.
The series went the distance with game 4 being played in Akwesasne on Saturday and Game 5 played Sunday at Six"

I never want to have to do something like that again. three trips to six nations in a week was ridiculous, but that will be story for another time....
