Response to Wardings of Protection. Master Sorcery. [Wayrath Restoration, Part 2]

-she was a cat. Not that difficult to describe. She was a relatively small female housecat. Her fur was black and she had white 'socks' on the toes of each foot. As well as a small white spot on the tip of her nose, making people forever think she had cream or milk on herself. She had heard the initial roar, but it had not frightened her. She had been lurking around this place on and off for awhile now. The lack of foodstuffs available for such as her was depressing, but, she enjoyed the 'feel' of the land-

-It was the roar that had distracted her from pawing in the dirt. Her ears perked forward and her head came up. Golden eyes reflecting the light for a breif moment before she stood and turned. Weaving her way through the underbrush as she went to see what the fuss was. That was when she stopped. Lifting her feet as the ground below her tingled. That was new. Finally something INTERESTING, was happening. It was this that caused her to drop to her belly and slink to the outer edges-

-she saw the man who was not human and watched him. Her fur rose on end as she felt the powers being called upon and used. She purred happily at that. Cats were more sensitive then some other beasties, and more intelligent to boot. Or, that is what they thought at least. Her claws dug into the ground, kneeding it and turning the earth. She watched, then, as the man turned and started down the path toward the pile of rocks which had once been something-

-she watched as the forest opened to him and she followed again. Keeping off the path that the forest created. She was not a very good cat if she could not find her own paths through. She was like a shadow on the side of the road. She meant no harm to anyone or anything, though, so she was allowed to remain. Well, a nice little mouse would have been welcomed, but, that was a whisker of a different color. She was silent, but almost certain that he would know precisely where she was. She might be young, compared to just about everything, having just come into her first Cycle, which made her approximately six months old, give or take, but she was not stupid. Interesting things were afoot, and she wanted to see them all-
