Of course her gaze was untrusting on the woman that had lain injured only a short time ago. She was a drow. How else was Anna supposed to feel? Not to mention her unease was compounded by the easy nature Thomas too with Sa'kura. Anna wasn't quite sure what she was feeling, but the woman, and Father Ulrich, were not to be trusted. She nodded briefly, ears drooping a bit as Thomas so dismissively waved her off, before starting to head off towards the woods for food. She paused, at Sa'kura's question, however, and pointed a gloved hand at the corpse beneath the bush.
"That be what's goin on, if'n ye must know. I'll return shortly."
And off went the petite powerhouse, muttering softly as she went.
Her doeskin boots crunched with her not so light steps as she moved through the underbrush, sun dappling her dark locks as she went. She have appeared to be oblivious, but her sharp ears were constantly swiveling this way and that, to catch any latent sounds....and those that might not be readily heard by others. She gathered the desired breakfast materials, and turned, heading back towards the scent of the others. |
