The brief sound of shuddering foliage caused sharp amber eyes to flash open from a brief rest. Slowly they scanned the area below the tree in which she perched; Long ears swiveled this way and that, until finally the dark elf was satisfied that she was still alone. Carefully did she stand to her feet, reaching out and falling to grab a lower hanging branch before dropping herself easily to the ground.
She reached up to brush back silver locks from in front of her eyes and tuck them easily behind a long pointed ear before looking towards the east. Her destination was the mountain looming in the distance. Or at least, it was the direction in which she was traveling; back towards from whence she came. She had promised Annabella that she would return as soon as she had found out the information she sought. The trinket she had slipped upon Anna’s person still pulled her in that direction, which of course lead her to believe that she yet still lived…thankfully.
She had learned much in her departure, her friend that lay at least a day’s journey away from the edge of that looming dark forest was always a thriving fountain of obtainable knowledge. But the largest asset to Sa’kura was the supplies, providing her with light armor, weapons and various trinkets to replace those that had been taken by Meza’lynn. She had come to figure out also that Meza’lynn had no knowledge of her living state, and was indeed not following her. This was yet a good thing and a bad thing in the drowess’ mind as she turned her footsteps once more towards the thriving dark forest to find Anna.
