i did not see the match against egham but what i heard the result didnt reflect on the performance, lammas were unlucky with a few chances. I watched the game against wembley and again lammas were unlucky not to get the win after Wembley equalised in the 90th. With a strong performance from a young lammas side, they dominated the first half goin in at half time with well taken goals from Jack Stamford and Jamie Redrup. After a few changes at half time Wembley got back into it with two quick goals. lammas regained the lead after a great goal from cookie. Wembley equalised in the last minute to make it 3-3, but a good lammas side dominated it and looking good for this season. |

Yea i agree honeymonster he would be the ideal replacement. Was also impressed with the two strikers and the three centre midfielders, first half looked really good. |

I watched the first half of the Egham game and I think Joe will be missed this season, the guy is class and to be honest if he is going to leave the lammas then go to a club that play at a lot higher standard than Egham cos he is definitely better then that.
Egham were in control of the first half with the lammas only creating a few chances to talk about. First friendly game of the season does not mean much especially on a pitch that was very narrow, but we will be ready for the first game of the season.
I still think Honey monster should be up front with the Flying pig. Surely only these two can replace Joe. |

Your f***ing brave eating out of that kitchen mate. Thats why you must be a starter for the first game of the seson.
Ive spoken to my body and after it stopped laughing it told me to forget playing football any more so it looks like you could be the lone striker. |

yea i agree honeymonster, id have masham and adams up front, Redrup and bullen looked good in there but carl collins played well with them just sitting behind. lammas look good mate just watched them against molesey and absolutley dominated it. Matt adams with a brace and cookie with a good header, Redrup got sent off after 20 mins with a two footed lune but never caught the bloke but the intention was there. then there matey done the same and got nuffin. Disgrace! the youngsters looked good aswell, i think lammas will do just fine! |

forgot about carl collins in there very good player ,
think we will have a good season , there is a buzz about the place ,
no room for two footed lunges , but refs have to be equal ,
pitch is looking good, dugouts like new ones ,
now i need a rest .
just heard jay coombs and dale webb have both signed for camberley so should see back at the rec on the second of august when we play there reserves ,
good luck to them both along with joe who i believe is signing for egham ,
odds on when they return in the famous royal blue of lammas , couple of weeks a month maybe never .
we will see |

i watched the vacating players turn out for camberley first team against a strong farnborough outfit, all done themselves very proud and i doubt very much you will see any of them on the 2nd of august!! camberley won the game 2-0 and look a very strong side for the forthcoming season!! |

Who the fuck wants to go all the way to Camberley every week and midweek to play football, from what I saw last night at the lammas the players have been bought in look fantastic. Young lads Ben and Jack look very promising and Pisani couldnt lace my gloves (only joking)but played very well and pulled off one of the best treble saves Ive seen in a long time.
Keep up the good work |

I agree i think that lammas look like a new fresh team with young fresh talent coming in to replace the oldies, i think by lammas performance last night they showed that they have left the big time charlies behind them and are going forward and not backwards. good luck lads! |

as for pisani's save , we have been practising that in training !!! |

enjoyment is a lot to do with it not being big time charlies look over the years many of us played for every team the club had running from the fourths upwards an even the vets !!

It is nice to read what people are thinking, But is it not nice reading when people who have given so many years to the club being called big time Charlie’s. If people wish to better themselves then we should support them.
In a good way, I DO NOT wish to see the boys back that have left as they are and will prove they should be playing at a better Football Standard. I wish them all the best and my full backing.
What people forget is that there is only a one or two new players at the Lammas, the others have been here for a few years playing in the Ressies or Thirds. If people had supported the CLUB, and not just the first team, people would have already seen these players before and seen how strong the Lammas is as a CLUB.
