He ran away again!!!!

I'm too mad to go into the details and I don't want to exclude anybody, but those of you who have been around this board for awhile know what a problem I've had with Cass and running away. He did it again today; he ran about 3/4 of a mile down the beach and up to a road, where he hid in some weeds. I am so angry I can't see straight, and I cannot think of a single thing to do that:
A. We haven't tried already
B. Is serious enough
C. Won't be a worse punishment for me.

I'll live with something that punishes me, too. It's been a year since he did this, and I really thought we were done with it. There is so little we do that makes an impression on him. It's been ages since we took away the computer or TV, since it's never meant anything to him before. Maybe it will now, but by itself it's not nearly enough.

God, help me before I knock this kid's block off! This is just the topper for his behavior these last few days. I don't know what's gotten into him, but it's gotten into me by now, too! I'm seriously pissed. Dh is, once again, getting home too late to do much good. I feel pretty hopeless. I'm sure I'll feel better some day.
