A 61-year-old Kennesaw man was stabbed to death by his son, who then tried to commit
suicide by overdosing with pills and cutting his wrists, police said.
Officers who responded to the 911 call Wednesday, in a neighborhood off Pine Mountain
Road, found Robert Messina and his son, Brian Messina, 33, lying on the floor, said
Kennesaw police Officer Scott Luther.
The killing was Kennesawâ's first homicide since July 4, 2004.
(and it was done with a KNIFE) NOTE: Kennesaw Georgia is the town that has a city ordinance which states that all heads of households most own and know how to use a firearm..............
