He's getting a one-on-one aide in the classroom that I wanted for him. woohoo!
This morning on my long list of calls to make

I called the school administrator lady and left a msg with her secretary to call me back. I said that we need to decide a date to set up the IEP revision OR re-schedule the Case Conference when she called back.
Weeelllll, when she called back she wanted to know when would be a good time to come in and finalize the IEP with the changes in place for EVERYTHING we'd discussed. I said, if possible, I'd like to do it today because dh has a vacation day and could watch my boys at home....so we DID IT!
Everything is in place for him to have everything I dreamed of for his pre-school education. I did adjust a few minor things, like he will only get one meal there. (they don't do a snack or two meals in the time frame of pre-school hours...not a big deal, I'd just hoped they could have more opportunity to work on feeding skills with him...)
Johnny and I go on Monday morning a little early to meet his aide and to give him a van load of his "stuff" to stock them up on his things. (pediasure, simply thick/honey, extra cup, diapers, extra change of clothes, inhaler/parts, [I can just leave his nebulizer and meds during times he might need treatments when I'm not there] glasses/case, hearing aids/FM system parts/extra batteries, that sort of thing...I'll probably remember more stuff later)
I'll be sure to take a couple of photos of his first day at school.
