This request comes from Brent Garrett from Donley Service. He said that he would like to be able to customize the Customer Satisfaction Survey Questions. We have had this request come from other customers as well.

I agree. Our company would also like to be able to customize our own questions. Not every company has the same needs. Therefore we should all be able to customize to those needs.
