I'm so looking for this recording (Set Me Free[to live, set me to love]Fantastic number!!!!. I had originally bought a copy around 1981 on 12" disc for club play but it was stolen from me. I think it was released as a single in the UK. Please if anyone has knowledge where I can get a copy let me know (1-(888)-486-5159(Toll Free). It doesnt seem to be on any of the domestic albums. Thanks

Thanks for the reply Gino. Do you know if this recording ever made to CD? I believe the group should re-release or record a newer version for club play. If they see this maybe they will consider it. In fact a dance album only would be great. They have so much talent in this genre. God Bless...

"Set Me Free" was released in the UK on 7" and 12" single and was the b side to "Starlight" but were only 7" versions, the US version of the LP "3D" had a different mix to the UK version, but in the US "Set Me Free" was released as a 12" remix by I think Disconet with "Jump The Gun" as the b side and runs for about 9 minutes 25 seconds, the US Version of "3D" - "Set Me Free" is 7:20, while the UK version of "3D" - "Set Me Free" is about 5 minutes.

And yes it's a great track, and yes it should be re-done, it's just a shame it was banished to the b side of "Starlight" in the UK and that we only got short versions.

Regards.
