Hi all,
I do a Vendor Quick Report and 12 lines or transactions show up for example.
But the Vendor I know has 13 transactions with us. He loaned us money once and a deposit showed up in the bank account, has the Vendor proper name as the depositor, etc.
We have 2 other vendors that loaned us money also. But the weird thing is all their transactions DO show up when we do a Quick Report of those vendors.
We have checked and rechecked that the deposits for each vendor was exactly the same form, exactly the same windows, etc.
What gives? This is making me nervous that the Vendor Quick Report is not showing up every single transaction but is leaving some out...and we really want to know why!...or better yet...which ones is it "deciding" on a whim to leave out and which ones put in.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
