nobody credible would apply. Quality people want to work with quality people, pg location doesn't help but if the organization had a first class reputation there would be no problem finding people. Bottom line is if PG had a tradition of winning and a reputation as a great organization the best people would love to come here. the problem is at the top and like in plumbing the you know what flows down.
