Cougs are 21st in a 22 team league in team offence, only the Tips score fewer per game on average (2.42 for the Cougs and 2.39 for the Tips). The Cougs are 11th in team defence (allowing 3.26 per game). The Owl's GAA is 2.89 which ranks him 11th in a league where his team is currently in 21st place. I can appreciate your opinion where the Cougs compete every night with lots of 16 year olds in the lineup but the reason they do is because the back end is so solid. That back end is anchored by Drew. Give credit where credit is due and stop suggesting that you were out "outtended". I mean, you got 23 shots at home on teddy bear night? You can't compete in this league scoring 2.42 goals per night so quit placing blame on the back end, unless you expect the Owl to score goals too.
