can't wait to see this year's version of the Prince George Cougars pre-season teams hit the ice on Friday...Edmonton should be a very good team again this year so there will be at least a little bit for the boys to "prove" in these "mean nothing" games. Really hoping that they put the really young guys in for their last taste of WHL action...would really like to see Morrison, and Harkins, Boyd, and/or Olson in a "game" situation. Also excited to see a goalie battle emerging in the organization...steel sharpens steel and we haven't had that here since the Cyr/Bowles combo.
