the most obvious and logical choice there is. Offer these choices at the end of the year when you can actully determine whether the season has been a success, a great success, a minor/major setback or a complete disaster. Until the season is over, to make this decision is completely uninformed and useless. You only have 17+ (?) more games to wait. |

The first option for next year should be to acquire some "skilled players". You can't have almost the entire team made up of muckers. I've said it before and I'll say it again, PG is one of the least skilled teams in the league, and boy does it show (the stats in the paper don't lie)! Its a shame because PG is a good hockey market and the fans deserve better. Cougs super dooper fan will probably come on and belittle this post but who cares. The truth does hurt. At least regina is losing with the youngest team in the league, this is not pg's current situation. Elite teams don't have bufooglin type of players as leaders, leaders lead by example, and we all know what kind of leader the buffolow man is (me, me, me, an screw you) |

words in my mouth while you are inserting your foot into yours. I plainly stated that we have only an average talent level, at best, on this team. With Hunter out and Zimmer playing at a fraction of his capabilities, we do drop below average quite plainly. I do agree with your comments on Byfuglien. |

His foot is not in his mouth, he speaks with intelligence, its you couger super man fan (staff) who needs to lay off peoples opinions. Its called a message board. His comments are bang on! The team is huge but it still requires players that can play offensive hockey ( you need to score more goals than the other team to win!). Now Go Cougars Go! |

my own opinions thank you. And when I see an "opinion" that I believe to be controversial or flat-out wrong, guess what junior? I'm definitely going to challenge it, no matter what you or anyone else says. I don't assume what other people MIGHT say, I question what the have already said. Such is the way of INFORMED debate. So I guess you have a couple of options...continue reading and whining about what I write(even if it agrees with the previous poster), stop reading what I say, or actually trying to bring up an effective counter-point and bringing SOMETHING of your own to the table. Hope it's the latter, it would make the board much more interesting. GOOOOOOOO COOOOOOOOGS!!! | |
