I was so down today still after hearing of Pete being arrested again for possession.
But then when I came out of work and saw a picture of Pete smiling posted on the front page of The London Paper I could not have had a bigger smile on my face if I tried.
Don't get me wrong, I beleive criminals should be punished for what they do wrong, but when it puts others in danger. I also believe that people are entitled to live their lives however they choose providing it does not cause a danger to others.
And regardless of any of the above, I don't want Pete to go down again. I don't think any of his fans would want him to go to prison again would they?
When its someone you know and like, you inevitably have more compassion and understanding and leniency for the wrong they do.
