They are virtually the same story. LOCH82 is a TVB creation which is called Anh Hung Xa Dieu. VLNB or how I call LOCHTW is "Vo Lam Ngu Ba". VLNB added more stuff at the beginning. They came up with their own imagination of how the greats fought at Hoa Son Kuan Kiem.

Barbara is spoiled. Idy Chan WY is more cute. But the consensus is everyone like Barb's WY the most. Probably because Idy, people think her more of Tieu Long Nu.
If you only like Idy with Tony or Andy, do not watch this. Most Idy fans watch it because of Idy only. I watched it cause I like wuxia. But most others just because Idy was in it. Basically, if there was no Idy in here, many people would never have heard of the series.
