Response to Drill #4.5

As I've pointed out a few times my trail elbow position in 4.5 is IN FRONT OF my trail hip vs connected at the side as was the case with Hogan. Never the less my trail elbow will not go further forward because of the obstruction of my upper arm by my chest so the Hogan 'metaphor' is complete. Hogan just chose a different point of obstruction.

The key to 4.5 is to get your trail elbow into it's proper '6/100s' position (all of which have the trail upper arm obstructed regardless of swing) and not let it leave there until after '6/100s' (assuming your swing would have it leave there after that point).
