Mac, Your reply was under a post intended for Terry, but perhaps you were answering the post intended for you titled: Re: left and right.

With respect to 'pushing the trail elbow around', the pushing I'm talking about happens passively as the trail hand/wrist is bent back, not actively pushing trail elbow itself. From p.68 of GtTB: "The action of the two hands together exerts pressure on the right elbow, forcing it more towards the centre of the body." SD
