Julian, just thinking about that makes me cringe. Both elbows? I'm happy you can play again whether you can swing hard or not. I read an account by Ike Handy about how he was forced to relearn how to walk as an adult (because of illness) and that his new method of walking was different from the original. Did you experience anything like that with your swing?
