Response to Thumb Pad Over the Top
I have just watched a bit of the Blake DVD. For those who have a copy, go to the "Instruction" menu and click on the "Setup" icon. There Richard Wax demonstrates the "screwing on" of trail hand. It clearly shows thumb pad being "screwed" to his left, ie, toward the target. The position after this move closely matches the grip position in figure 9 of GTTB. Jim
