I suggest a pretty 'strong' grip with the lead hand - a 3-knuckle grip - but a slightly 'weaker' one for the trail hand - say a 2-knuckle one. I use an overlapping grip (just a single finger overlap).
It is very important to have the trail arm well across your body at address and the lead arm either vertical or even inside of vertical. The hands have to come down through impact relatively close to your body or the arms will not be able to work correctly. 'Reaching' for the ball at address will ruin any attempt at a Mindy Blake swing.
